And this is absolutely true.
Although, it is built in a cigar box and was $10. I have no idea what I’m going to do with it, but I just couldn’t see to help myself. That’s bad, isn’t it. Not necessarily the solid state part. The buying things simply because they are for sale part. Actually, the overdrive has a pretty killer flavor. Really gross and raunchy. There are no cleans. Nope. Not even a little bit. I’m racking my brain to try to find some use for my new toy. Nothing’s coming. I’m such a girl. It was cute, so I bought it.
Just as a heads up, this might find its way into an upcoming shootout…but without any fanfare. Meaning, I might turn on a Hartman fuzz, but off camera actually turn on this amp; you know, just to see if tone is really in our heads, eyes, ears, or unhealthy psychological maskings causing us to truly believe our ‘Duncan Designed’ pickups sounds like Jimmy Page, or on the other side of the spectrum, that we can hear the difference between solder cores. ;)
